How do I download my SATB track?
Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access downloads anytime from your account dashboard.
Where do I find the track I purchased?
Log in and head to My Downloads. All your purchased items will be listed there. Click to download in MP3 format.
Can I re-download the track if I lost it?
Yes! As long as you’re logged in, you can download it again from your dashboard — no additional cost.
What’s an SATB practice track?
SATB stands for Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass. Our tracks highlight each part so choir members can learn by ear.
What’s the difference between "soprano" and "soprano with piano"?
Tracks labeled "with piano" include instrumental accompaniment to support the melody line. Others are a cappella.
How do I know which track I should practice with?
Start with your voice part (e.g., Alto). If you want to hear how it blends, try SATB or "minus one" versions like SAT or SAB.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes — a detailed receipt will be emailed to you after payment.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. Creating an account ensures you always have access to your downloads and receipts.
Can I use these tracks for my church choir or school group?
Yes! These tracks are designed for choral rehearsal use — whether you're a worship leader, teacher, or choir director.
Can I perform with these tracks in a service?
Tracks are meant for rehearsal, not performance or commercial use. For special permissions, please contact us.
Can we share a track across our choir group?
Each purchase is for individual use. We recommend each member downloads their own part or that the choir purchases a group license.
