All products sold are digital MP3 downloads. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, a download link will be provided for the purchased files.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.
Purchases grant you the right to download and use the tracks for personal rehearsal or worship preparation only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of files is strictly prohibited.
We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g. PayPal and Stripe) to process payments. We do not store or process your credit card information.
Users may create an account for easier access to purchase history. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Downloads are served via secure infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare R2). While we strive for uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee availability at all times due to maintenance or service issues.
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. Praise and Harmony reserves the right to restrict or ban accounts for misuse or behavior inconsistent with our values.
All content—including music, lyrics, artwork, and branding—is the property of Praise and Harmony or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site, downloads, or third-party links. Use is at your own risk.
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Site after updates signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
Users may purchase optional support services for minor modifications to purchased tracks.
Eligibility: Applies only to items purchased through our website.
Scope of Service:
Submission: Requests must be submitted via the "Need Something Extra?" form on the track’s page.
Review & Acceptance: Each request is manually reviewed. We reserve the right to decline based on feasibility.
Fees: Pay-as-you-go fees are optional add-ons. Each item allows up to three standard support requests. Beyond that, further edits may incur extra charges.
Delivery: Approved edits result in downloadable modified versions. Turnaround time may vary.
Reuse Policy: Reused versions (e.g. slower tracks) may be offered to other users with similar needs.
No Guarantee: While we strive for musical quality, stylistic preferences are subjective. Refunds are not available once editing begins.
