This Premium Access Terms of Service ("Agreement") is between you (the “Subscriber”) and Praise & Harmony (the “Service Provider”). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Premium plans are available in monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual terms. Each plan includes different features based on tier.

All payments are billed upfront and are non-refundable. Failure to pay may suspend access. Supported payment methods include credit/debit cards and online gateways.
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops auto-renew but no refunds will be issued for unused time. Praise & Harmony may suspend or terminate access for misuse or policy violations.
Premium content is licensed for personal or church use by the account holder only. You may not:
For choir-wide or church-wide access, please contact us to arrange an Extended License.
Your plan may include a limited number of transcription or support requests each month. Unused quotas do not carry over. Misuse may result in delays or loss of access.
All content remains the property of Praise & Harmony. Subscription does not transfer ownership or copyright.
We may update service features or these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updates.
Service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for downtime, delays, or indirect damages arising from usage.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Praise & Harmony is based. Any disputes will be resolved under that legal framework.
This Agreement overrides any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
