📝Licensing Terms

1. Overview

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of all music files, audio recordings, and related content (“Content”) available from the website https://praiseharmony.com (“Website”). By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any Content from the Website, you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

All Content is licensed, not sold. Ownership remains with the Creator and/or Praise and Harmony.

2. Grant of License

2.1 Individual License
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and store the Content on your personal devices for individual use.
• Use the Content for personal vocal practice, devotion, and worship preparation.
• Play the Content in non-commercial church settings such as choir rehearsals, personal ministry, or small group devotionals.

2.2 Extended Use or Institutional Licensing
Any use beyond personal practice—including, but not limited to:

• Sharing files with choir members or multiple individuals
• Distribution via email, cloud storage, or church networks
• Inclusion in performances, livestreams, recordings, or video projects

requires prior written permission and may be subject to an Extended License or Institutional License. Please contact us to inquire about appropriate licensing.

3. Restrictions

Without express written consent, the Licensee may not:

• Share, transmit, upload, or distribute the Content to others.
• Incorporate the Content into any commercial product, app, album, or digital platform.
• Alter, remix, sample, or create derivative works intended for public use.

Use the Content in contexts that contradict Christian values or the mission of Praise and Harmony.

4. Ownership and Copyright

All Content remains the sole intellectual property of Praise and Harmony or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by virtue of this License.

Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

5. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. Praise and Harmony reserves the right to revoke the License if terms are breached. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use and delete all copies of the Content.

6. No Warranties

The Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Praise and Harmony disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Amendments

Praise and Harmony reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website and its Content constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
