All request-based services offered through Praise and Harmony are governed by the terms outlined below. By submitting a request, whether through a purchase or subscription benefit, you agree to comply with these conditions. These terms apply to all custom track modifications, transcription services, and media assets generated upon request.

1. Eligibility

Requests are only accepted from users who:

  • Have purchased the relevant item (individual track, bundle, or album), or
  • Hold an active Premium Subscription with applicable request entitlements.

Unauthenticated or ineligible submissions will be rejected.

2. Acceptable Request Types

You may submit requests for reasonable and musically feasible modifications, including:

  • Tempo changes (e.g. slower versions for elderly or beginner singers)
  • Key changes (transpositions)
  • Voice part isolation, emphasis, or remixing
  • Practice-track enhancements (e.g. metronome cues, syllable separation)

We reserve the right to decline requests deemed outside the scope of our service.

3. How to Submit

When submitting a request:

  • Use clear, specific language to describe your needs
  • Include the correct title of the track or album
  • Upload supporting documents (PDF, MIDI, XML) if required
  • Submit only one request per form to avoid confusion

Submissions lacking adequate detail may be delayed or declined.

4. Request Review Process

Each submission is reviewed by a team member before approval. Accepted requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into account:

  • Your subscription level
  • Volume and complexity
  • Current backlog

While we aim to fulfill all accepted requests, no guaranteed turnaround time is promised.

5. Fulfillment and Ownership

Any material delivered as part of your request:

  • Is considered derivative of our original copyrighted work
  • Remains the intellectual property of Praise and Harmony
  • Is licensed to you for personal, worship, or institutional use depending on your license type
  • May be reused or made available to others (e.g. added to our store catalog)

No exclusive rights are granted unless explicitly negotiated.

6. Premium Subscriber Quotas

Premium members receive a limited number of complimentary requests per billing cycle.

  • Quotas reset monthly or quarterly depending on the plan
  • Unused quotas do not roll over
  • Additional requests may be billed at pay-as-you-go rates
  • Excessive submissions may be capped to ensure fairness

Subscription plan details and entitlements are visible on your account dashboard.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a request has been accepted and entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless:

  • We are unable to complete it for technical reasons
  • The file is corrupted or unusable
  • The result significantly deviates from the original instructions

If eligible, you may request a revision or reissue. All refund decisions are at our sole discretion.

8. Public Use and Recordings

If you plan to use our tracks in:

  • Public livestreams
  • Recordings for YouTube, Spotify, or other platforms
  • Commercial media or performances

You must ensure your license type covers public usage. Contact us to upgrade to an Institutional or Extended license if needed.

9. Accessibility

We strive to make our request system inclusive and easy to use. If you face difficulty accessing the form, submitting files, or describing your request, please contact us via email and we will assist manually.

10. Abuse and Misuse

To maintain a high-quality experience, we monitor all usage of the request system. The following behaviors may result in suspension or restriction:

  • Submitting irrelevant or spam content
  • Attempting to bypass purchase verification
  • Submitting abusive or disrespectful messages
  • Excessive resubmissions of similar requests

Respectful use of this feature ensures its availability for everyone.
